The Restaurant at The Unicorn Inn is a venue for good food lovers, offering high quality food, sourced locally whever possible. Dining in our atmospheric beamed restaurant lets you taste the best of home-cooked cuisine at affordable prices. Why not try delicious dishes such as to start, bacon, ham and stilton terrine or whitebait with devilled sauce, followed by lamb, port and redcurrant hotpot, or sea bass with moules mariniere.
The restaurant reflects Ludlow's reputation as a centre of food excellence, and is a venue for good food lovers. It is not unusual to find meats such as local venison, wild boar or locally reared rare breeds. We also specialise in seafood and have won a Seafish Industry Authority Award. An extensive range of carefully selected wines from Europe and the new world.
Our chef has been highly praised for the quality of his cuisine.

"... the food is first class, viz. hefty rabbit in mustard sauce, muscular penne with bacon and sun dried tomatoes, chunky cut fillet steak and a forward of a mushroom, cauliflower and brocolli bake, i.e. fast and packing a punch. Proper food for for both vegetarians and carnivores and soundly (reasonably) priced. All this and the beauties of Ludlow too. What more could you ask?

"... make sure you have an appetite. The portions served in [Ludlow's] pubs of which the best is undoubtedly the Unicorn.... are not for devotees of nouvelle cuisine"
